A Laboring Day

Weight: 117
Exercise:  30 minutes stationary bike/ 15 minutes MVE legs
Food:
Usual breakfast
8:30am:  2 waffles
10:30am:  1/4 cup spaghetti
12pm:  Lean Cuisine Lasagna
2pm: Trail mix bar
3pm:  nectarine
5pm:  red apple
7pm:  Tortellini (1/2 cup) with carrots and zuchinni
7:30pm:  chocolate ice cream 1/2 cup

Labor Day weekend was a ton of fun.  Spent it up at the Lake - saw the entire fam and everyone was in good spirits.  Love my client who went to Charlotte and brought me SIX boxes of Trader Joe soy dogs.  I could only take 4 home b/c my freezer is full of......waffles.  Weight feels great - trying to incorporate more fruits into the diet.  Veggies are still my nemesis.  Bret is in ATL this week, so Winslow Homer and I will be hunkering down and working our tails off.  I'm still feeling bleck - started on Pepcid this morning, but the reflux is torture.  I think I freaked out the bunko group last night with my extreme belching.  I tried to keep my mouth closed, but the wretched sounds were unmistakable.  I'm a gas factory - at least it's going up....and not down.
